What You Will Do

 

Lead Quality functions for Advanced Radar Systems at the Forest, MS facility by driving root cause analysis, CORE initiatives, and managing quality metrics.

Serve as a knowledge leader among peers, fostering continuous improvement and implementing processes to enhance overall product quality.

Qualifications You Must Have

 

Requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and 5 years of prior engineering experience.

Experience with working with DCMA, USN, and USG.

Experience with AS 9100 quality management systems or equivalent 

Experience with Six Sigma methodology (CORE) and tools such as lean manufacturing, diagnostic, process optimization and continuous improvement 

Experience with microelectronic fab, manufacturing and assembly  

Experience with metrology, measurement tools and practices 

Experience in identifying and reporting on key quality metrics leveraging the full suite of Microsoft Office

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
