Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to oversee the clinical operations within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of patient care, particularly in geriatrics and senior care settings. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care delivery, staff training, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate clinical staff activities to ensure optimal patient care.
Conduct utilization reviews and discharge planning for patients to facilitate smooth transitions.
Provide guidance and support in IV insertion, venipuncture, and other clinical procedures.
Maintain knowledge of anatomy and medical protocols to assist in patient assessments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans, as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in clinical operations.
Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff on geriatric care practices.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical qualification with relevant licensure.
Strong knowledge of geriatrics, anatomy, and patient care protocols.
Experience in utilization review and discharge planning is preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
