serving an elite base of defense and law enforcement clients from
our facility in Florence, Mississippi. We operate proprietary,
state-of-the-art automated precision manufacturing systems that

THE ROLE
We are hiring three (3) full-time Production Floor Technicians to
operate our proprietary manufacturing systems. This is a hands-on,
in-person position requiring mechanical aptitude, sharp attention to
detail, and the discipline to consistently meet demanding quality
standards. Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. This is a
stable, long-term opportunity with merit-based advancement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Operate and monitor automated precision manufacturing equipment in strict accordance with established procedures
- Maintain consistent production throughput while upholding exacting quality standards
- Perform component inspection, lot tracking, and production documentation
- Identify and report equipment anomalies or process deviations to the Production Floor Manager promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production environment
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet daily production objectives
- Participate in ongoing training to deepen procedural knowledge and equipment proficiency
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Associate's degree (A.A. or A.S.) required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Mechanical aptitude or practical experience with precision machinery strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to quality
- Disciplined work ethic; ability to stay focused throughout the full production cycle
- Team-oriented; communicates clearly and professionally
- Ability to follow written and verbal procedures with precision and consistency
- Forklift certification preferred (training available for the right candidate)
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENT
All candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive background
investigation as a condition of employment. Only individuals with a
clean and verifiable record will be considered.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the production shift
- Ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
- Merit-based pay increase evaluations at 90, 180, and 270 days
- Health, Dental, and Vision insurance available at 90 days
- PTO: 5 days at 6 months; 10 days after 1 year; 15 days after 4 years of employment, plus all federal and state holidays
- Bi-weekly pay cycle
SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | 35-45 hours per week
