The Senior Development Program (SDP) is a high-impact, 12–18 month rotational experience designed to accelerate readiness for department level and site level leadership roles. Participants will gain exposure to leading safety and reliability processes in a wood products manufacturing environment, developing and implementing strategic site level initiatives, and build knowledge and skills related to our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional projects that drive innovation, operational excellence, and cultural transformation.
Partner with site leadership to identify and implement strategic priorities.
Participate in regional and business level forums and present outcomes to business leaders.
Develop and execute an individual development plan aligned with business level and site level goals.
Build people leadership skills
5 – 8 years working experience with 4-5 years of progressive leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, engineering, forestry or related discipline
Proven track record of leading teams, managing change, and delivering results.
Ability to implement and drive operational and strategic initiatives.
Must be willing to travel and relocate for high-priority assignments.
