We’re Looking for a BCBA Who Believes Therapy Should Feel Like Connection, Not Compliance

We are searching for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who values compassionate, relationship-driven care and understands that meaningful progress happens when children feel safe, respected, and understood.

If you believe ABA should be play-based, client-led, trauma-informed, and rooted in connection, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

What You'll Do

• Provide BCBA oversight for in-center ABA services
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Mentor and support RBTs in compassionate care
• Partner with families to create meaningful progress in daily life
• Celebrate small wins, big breakthroughs, and everything in between

Preferred Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Currently licensed in the state of Mississippi
• Already paneled with insurance providers (Medicaid and/or commercial insurers preferred)
• Experience supervising RBTs and working directly with families
• Passion for compassionate, client-led therapy
