Will be passionate about ensuring team members provide our guests a superior dining experience with a friendly, quick, accurate service in a clean and safe environment. Will create an in store service enviroment that exceeds guest expectations with regard to friendly, quick, and accurate service, build team understanding and committment to guest service standards, provide guests a "brand right" enviroment in which to place their orders, receive their food and dine inside the restaurant, communicate and follows-up with guests to obtain feedback and identify service and food quality improvements opportunities, provide guest satisfaction by assisting and resolving all complaints in person or by phine and ensure that all incoming calls are handled in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Monitor and ensure all menu products are prepared and served according to standard procedures, that all product displays on the counter or in the display case are properly rotated and attractively displayed. Will monitor and ensure adherence to all safety and security policies and procedures and other duties as assigned as a General Manager. Must possess a vaild driver's license. Must be able to work assigned schedule and open and close. Must be able to pass pre-hire test administered by employer.
