Onsite IT Support Technician

Bumblebee IT Services is seeking a dependable Onsite IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for local healthcare clinics and hospital operations.

If you enjoy being the go-to IT professional onsite and working directly with users to solve real problems — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide onsite support for Windows 11 (Intune-managed) devices

• Manage support tickets via Atera (phone & email)

• Troubleshoot printers, phones & basic network issues

• Install software & perform updates

• Set up new users and devices

• Serve as the primary onsite IT contact

• Escalate advanced issues to centralized IT

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years IT support experience (Helpdesk/Desktop)

• Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Active Directory / Entra ID

• Strong communication & customer service skills

• Ability to manage multiple tickets effectively

Preferred:

• Microsoft Intune or MDM experience

• Atera or RMM platform experience

• Healthcare IT support experience

• CompTIA A+

Requirements:

• Must live in Clarksdale / Marks, MS area

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to travel between nearby facilities
