The City of McComb is seeking to fill the position of Human Resources Director.  The Human Resources Director performs highly responsible administrative and technical work of considerable complexity in directing, planning and coordinating the activities of the Department of Administration.  A comprehensive benefit package is also offered which includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid vacation time and paid sick time.

PREFERRED MINIMUM OUALIFICATIONS:

Graduationfrom an accredited four (4) year college or university with major course work in business administration, public administration, personnel management, or a related field; or Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in public personnel administration or with a private agency or organization having a comprehensive personnel program; plus at least two (2) years' experience in a supervisory position; or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
