Lead and deliver complex, multi-location R\&D projects.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.

Drive performance across scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

Elevate stakeholder engagement through clear communication.

Identify risks and opportunities early-and act quickly.

Apply best-in-class project management methodologies.

Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Champion customer value and internal alignment.Your background

Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in R&D or technical project management in the energy or industrial sector.

Knowledge of transformers or product development is an asset.

Strong understanding of engineering principles and technologies in the energy domain.

Skilled in project management tools, analytics, and gate models.

Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.More about us
