Supports the development and implementation of compensation, market, and titling analysis for the institution in alignment with institutional goals on total compensation.
Job Description:
- Provides professional assistance and consultation services in administering and maintaining pay policies and programs for employees.
- Evaluates and classifies positions; assists in the evaluation of organizational needs and market trends; and assists in the development of new or enhanced job families and/or compensation programs as needed.
