OJT job order. This position is responsible for taking customer payments, processing all service orders, handling customer service inquiries related to billing, collections,deposits, cut-outs and outages. Must be a team player, flexible,, and energetic! You would handle the processing of payments, responding to customer inquiries, request and complaints. Your job functions would include: process service/meter orders; calculate and adjust electric service billed revenue as required; negotiate with customers concerning late payment arrangements and determine deposit amounts when required; processing new service orders/transfers. Successful candidate will be expected to make a positive difference for the customer and for the company daily. Proven customer service experience required.
