Why You Will Love this Job

As the Master Scheduler for our Engines division, you will own the production schedule that keeps our Hattiesburg operations running smoothly. You'll partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure we hit customer delivery, inventory, and capacity goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, planning, and working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and adjust the Master Production Schedule for the Engines plant


• Support monthly forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities


• Analyze capacity constraints and recommend realistic build plans


• Drive improvements in supply chain metrics, including delivery performance and inventory turns


• Work with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to coordinate changes, new product start-ups, and schedule adjustments


• Review aging orders, critical items, and weekly performance metrics


• Help reduce component shortages and support Production Planners as needed


• Participate in SAP scheduling, system testing, and user support


• Collaborate with leadership to provide data and insights for monthly Operations planning


• Support compliance requirements as they relate to production planning


• Contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment

Requirement:

• Associate's degree in a related field


• minimum 4 years' experience in production planning or scheduling


• Strong communication, analytical, and Excel skills


• Ability to work across multiple functions and influence decision-makers


• Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, and supply chain processes


• Leadership traits and the ability to guide planners/schedulers


• Project management and problem-solving mindset

The Salary range for this position is $69,800.00-$87,950.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
