Job Summary

We are seeking self-motivated, experienced Customer Service oriented individuals to join our team as full-time Customer Service Representatives.

Responsibilities and Duties

·         Provide phone support for customers.

·         Accurate order entry and shipment processing.

·         Responding to customer emails in a timely manner.

·         Become knowledgeable about all aspects of our product lines.

·         Support and assist sales team.

Qualifications and Skills

·         Three (3) or more years of Customer Service experience.

·         Strong data entry skills.

·         Experience in the Garment industry is considered a plus.

·         Strong organizational skills.

·         Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Ability to multi-task and work independently while participating as part of a team.
