Case Manager
MUST HAVE A B.S. DEGREE IN SOCIAL WORK OR COUNSELING; A MISSISSIPPI lICENSED SOCIAL WORKER IS PREFERRED OR 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN COORDINATING SERVICES AND PROVIDING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AT-RISK INDIVIDUALS AND/OR FAMILIES AND RELATED PROGRAMS INVOLVING ONE-ON-ONE AND/OR GROUP INTERACTION. MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO PROVIDE ACCURATE AND CONCISE DOCUMENATION OF CASE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES. HAVE THE ABILITY TO APPLY COMMON SENSE UNDERSTANDING TO CARRY OUT INSTRUCTIONS FURNISHED IN WRITTEN OR ORAL FORM. MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTER OPERATIONS TO INCLUDE WORD PROCESSING AND DATA BASE PROGRAMS. MUST HAVE VALID MISSISSIPPI DRIVERS LICENSE AND AUTOMOBILE FOR TRAVEL AND TRANSPORTING CLIENTS AND MUST HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE. MUST DEMONSTRATE THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH A WIDE RANGE OF PEOPLE, INCLUDING THE PROPER HANDLING OF EMOTIONAL SITUATIONS, ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS. MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL AND WORK IN OTHER SERVICE AREAS AS NEEDED. DAYS/HRS TBA. PAY D.O.E.
