Position Description
Responsible for managing medium-to-large programs that involve multiple projects and stakeholders. They ensure alignment with business goals and coordinate across workstreams to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate project teams and ensure alignment across workstreams.
Monitor program performance and report progress.
Manage risks, issues, and change requests.
Support stakeholder engagement and communication.
Required Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
5+ years of project/program management experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
PMP certification preferred.
