Responsible for assisting in the review and investigation of applicants for admission to public housing in the preparation of the data and verification of documents necessary for determination of tenant eligibility for continued occupancy and in maintaining and processing of records of move-ins and move-outs. Duties involve moderately complex application of knowledge and judgment acquires through experience. Employee works without supervision on routine tasks but assistance is always available on difficult and/or new assignments from the Assistant Director and/or the Executive Director. Employees in this category do not generally supervise others. Need knowledge of HUD and Greenwood Housing Authority regulations and policies regarding tenant selection and occupancy, and of required HUD reports on occupancy.
