Join our rapidly growing, late-stage startup as a Senior Accountant. You'll play a critical role in supporting our global accounting operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring accuracy as we prepare for an IPO. This is a hands-on position requiring strong NetSuite skills and a demonstrated ability to leverage technology and automation to drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...anage and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations.Maintain and improve the integrity of the general ledger and financial records.Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing accounting policies and procedures to support SOX compliance and IPO readiness.Partner with the FP&A team to reconcile finanial results and provide accounting insights to support forecasting and budgeting.Prepare management reports and variance analyses for leadership.Support external audits, including preparing work papers and responding to auditor requests.Identify and implement process improvements to shorten the close timeline and enhance reporting accuracy.Assist with ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.Support AP operations, including invoice review, approval, a nd reconciliation.Own daily cash operations and bak reconciliations.


If You've Got It - We Want It
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.4+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally at a global company or Big 4 (in the software/ technology industry).Proficiency with MS Excel is required.Able to apply knowledge of US GAAP and experience supporting SOX controls.Self-starter, who is able to work effectively and autonomously.Strong organizational and verbal / written communication skills.Proven critical thinking capability.Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.The ideal candidate is curious, enthusiastic, and not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo.

Salary Range ($83,200 - $130,056)
The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
