If You've Got It - We Want ItYou bring curiosity, grit, and 5+ years wrangling SaaS finance systems at scale.5+ years hands-on NetSuite administration, including implementing SuiteBilling, ARM (Advanced Revenue Management), and cross-system integrations (think Workday, Avalara, Salesforce, iPaaS).
Proven experience driving process discovery, requirements gathering, and documentation. Your business partners trust your insights.Meticulous, systematic, and insatiably curious: you never stop questioning, learning, and improving.A candid communicator, able to simplify complexity and guide both technical and functional audiences.BONUS:SuiteCloud Developer or NetSuite Aministrator certifications (strongly preferred).Experience leading finance system implementations, upgrades, or integrations, especially for multinational SaaS companies.Advanced proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and integration APIs.
Familiarity w ith additional Finance and business technologies (Workday, Stripe, Klarity, Salesforce, Navan, ZipHQ, etc.) and compliance frameworks (SOX, ITGC).
Experience scaling business systems in a remote-first, high-growth SaaS environment.
Salary Range ($105,000 - $164,000)
The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
