This is a Helpdesk Support position located in Ridgeland, MS.

Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and resourceful HelpDesk Support Specialist to support our Disaster Recovery Program. This role is critical in assisting individuals and organizations affected by disasters, ensuring timely and accurate communication, and guiding them through recovery processes. The ideal candidate is communicative, resilient, and thrives in high-pressure environments where clear communication and problem-solving are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal Stakeholders, responding to inquiries in-person as well as via phone, email, and internal ticketing system. Assist clients in hardware setup, as well as general trouble shooting for general Windows, App based support
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Case Managers, Field Agents, Technical Support) to ensure seamless service delivery. Escalate urgent or complex cases to appropriate personnel while maintaining ownership of the internal user experience. Monitor and report on common issues or bottlenecks in the support process to improve program efficiency.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. 2–3 years of experience in Help Desk Support. Strong verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency with Microsoft Office, General Tech Support, Hardware, Password Reset ETC. Ability to work under pressure and manage emotionally sensitive situations. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
