Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute HR-related events and initiatives, including training sessions, workshops, team-building activities, employee appreciation celebrations, and recognition programs.
Manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, equipment setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and promotional communications to drive participation and engagement.
Track and manage event and program budgets, timelines, assessments, surveys, and post-event evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and measure effectiveness.
Support the administration of HealthStream (LMS), including managing assignments, attendance, reporting, and maintaining training calendars to ensure timely execution of learning events.
Document and maintain SOPs for training, awards, engagement processes, policies, schedules, and communication strategies.
Provide administrative and planning support for projects and initiatives.
Coordinate and prepare applications to external organizations for workplace recognition; monitor external award deadlines, nominations, and submissions.
Serve as Co-Chair/administrative support to the UMMC Awards and Recognition Committee. create agendas and meeting schedule to the committee’s strategies that promote employee appreciation and engagement.
