This is a job for a Human Resources Specialist II position located in the Grenada, Ms area. .

 

Responsibilities : Support full-cycle recruitment efforts, with a focus on attracting candidates in rural and hard-to-fill markets.Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth start for all employees.

Assist in developing and maintaining training documentation and support the rollout of plant training programs.Build relationships with local organizations, workforce boards, and community leaders to promote the company as an employer of choice.Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.Develop strategies to enhance brand recognition in the local labor market.Establish and maintain partnerships with local high schools, technical colleges, and universities.Collaborate on internship, co-op, and apprenticeship programs to attract emerging talent.Support initiatives that align educational programs with plant workforce needs.

 

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant setting.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.

Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
