Summary: This role is responsible for supporting successful development, pilot, testing, and launching new solutions. This individual will work directly with colleagues across functions to embed these solutions into the company DNA, integrating with existing solutions, processes, and company culture. The role will require significant collaboration & influence across internal company teams throughout core distribution, marketing, legal, compliance, communications, sales, sales enablement & training, and business owners.
Duties & Responsibilities: Develops and drives the strategic roadmap for the Procurement Platform, including prioritization of features and solutions that align with the company’s omnichannel and ecosystem strategy. Leads efforts to monetize the Procurement Platform, identifying revenue-generating opportunities and developing business models to capture value. Responsible for the design, launch, and management of an integration approach and framework for solution development, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives. Manages the development, testing, and implementation of a go-to-market plan, including product positioning, marketing, training, and implementation. Provides inputs into the strategic direction for the organization and supports policy implementation, ensuring alignment with platform goals. Drives understand and hierarchy of solutions that directly address customer needs and work with internal teams to enable the sales organization to effectively sell those solutions. Works cross-functionally across ABC with the required teams (e.g., finance, operations, legal, product, marketing, sales, etc.) to assess resources and capital to enable rapid development and successful launch of key solutions across the platform. Ensures effective collaboration, communication, and socialization to drive the creation and implementation of a cohesive solution strategy and solution launch program. Facilitates and drives workshops, ideation sessions, and practical aspects of day-to-day innovation to identify gaps and translate needs into the development framework, including ideation and testing with customers when appropriate. Develops tools and processes to measure and monitor program implementation and process compliance. Partners with sales enablement, communications, training, and marketing, sharing best practices globally, both internally and externally, to position the Procurement Platform for successful launch and sustained growth. Guides the broader team in employing agile engineering, design thinking, and rapid prototyping to accelerate platform development. Owns capital requests and ROI justifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and financial goals. Performs related duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications: Experience in product life cycle management including innovation, development, management and deployment from relevant industry backgrounds. Strong understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends; international markets knowledge/experience a plus. Proven project management, organization, and thought leadership skills with ability to build, lead, and maintain strong, productive teams and working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, establish priorities and work independently under pressure and with limited supervision. Comfortable in a global role; participating in regular meetings that span across time zones and take place outside of traditional business hours. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills: ability to develop and maintain business relationships. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across an organization. Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to apply the appropriate tools and level of analysis to a specific situation. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail. Strong computer skills to operate effectively with company systems and programs
