Job Summary:

The Project Administrator facilitates and collaborates in the planning, execution, and support of project schedules. They provide administrative coordination, serve as the primary point of contact, and act as a liaison for the assigned project.

Education & Experience

Education and Experience Required:

 

Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) or High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of experience in project or administrative support.

 

Certifications, Licenses or Registration required:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 

Knowledge of project administration, with strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, and the ability to manage project documentation. Must be adaptable, collaborative, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a dynamic environment.

 

Responsibilities

 

Plans, coordinates, and promotes events related to assigned projects

Collaborates on agenda preparation and coordinates project meetings

Prepares, monitors, and tracks grant budgets

Analyzes project-related information and facilitates next steps in implementation

Schedules patient appointments as required by the project scope

Prepares and maintains records, reports, correspondence, and the director’s curriculum vitae
