Why You Will Love this Job:

As a Quality Supervisor with Home Energy Rehlko, you will lead the daily operations of the Quality Assurance department. You'll ensure our products meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role is highly collaborative, focused on reducing defects, improving processes, and supporting customer satisfaction. You'll also develop and guide a team of Quality Technicians and Inspectors, making a direct impact on product quality and team success. This role may require occasional travel (less than 10%).

Specific Responsibilities:

• Enforce and improve the company's quality assurance program in accordance with the established policies and procedures.


• Responsible for relaying quality feedback to group leaders, team leaders, supervisors, and operators promptly to help drive the reduction of rework, repair, and scrap.


• Conduct internal audits of manufacturing processes in collaboration with ISO9001- established standards.


• Responsible for managing and training the quality technicians and quality inspectors to enhance their skills and knowledge.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality processes, reduce scrap, reduce rework and repair, and increase productivity.


• Monitor product specifications and provide timely feedback to reduce scrap and rework.


• Partner with suppliers and internal teams on containment, inspection, and corrective actions.


• Lead audits and maintain document control to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.


• Train, develop, and schedule Quality Technicians and Inspectors.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Materials, and Engineering teams.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED


• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment


• 2+ years of experience in a people leadership role


• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office


• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

The Salary range for this position is $69,800.00-$87,950.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
