Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing and managing the institution’s annual giving and community fundraising programs. This role supervises a team dedicated to annual and community giving efforts, develops strategies to enhance corporate partnerships, manages annual fundraising campaigns and events, and ensures compliance with financial and donor management policies. The Manager plays a critical role in fostering community engagement and securing vital resources to support the institution’s mission.
Education & Experience
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree and five (5) years' experience in fundraising, community engagement or annual giving program management

Responsibilities
Supervise and provide leadership to staff involved in annual and community giving activities.
Plan, implement, and manage a comprehensive annual giving program that encompasses all community fundraising initiatives and events, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
Oversee the development and execution of broad-based annual fund strategies including direct mail, digital outreach, and community engagement efforts designed to reach mass audiences. Utilize data-driven approaches to maximize campaign effectiveness, incorporating targeted strategies for different audiences.
Develop and implement strategies to create, expand, and enhance local corporate giving programs and community partnerships (i.e. point-of-sale initiatives).
Maintain accurate and comprehensive donor records, both electronic and physical.
Oversee adherence to in-kind donation guidelines and policies.
Establish performance objectives, conduct regular evaluations, and support professional development for direct reports.
Collaborate with leadership to manage the administration of annual giving and community fundraising standards and policies.
Ensure compliance with established customer service standards for the medical center and development office.
