We are honored to be able to partner with various colleges to promote interest in the law enforcement field. If you are a college student needing the voluntary Intern hours for your class, contact Lt. Sheri Hall at shall@leecosheriff.com. Our department takes on two Interns per semester. 

Requirements:

• Must be over the age of 18


• Must be a current college student in a class requiring Intern hours


• Must have a GPA min of 2.5


• Must pass drug/background tests

The slots fill quickly and are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis of completed/accepted applications.

Currently, we have MOUs/Agreements with Itawamba Community College, University of MS, MS State University, and Southern MS. If you do not see your college listed and are interested in Interning, please let us know.
