Evaluates, manages, and prosecutes misdemeanor criminal, traffic, municipal code and environmental cases. Prepare cases, writes and argues legal motions and appeals, and participates in trails. Reviews cases for and participates in arraignments and pre-trail conferences. Conducts preliminary hearings in felony cases. Assist City Attorney in providing training and legal advice to the Police Department.

Will work under the general guidance and direction of the Board of Mayor and Commissioners and Municpal Judges etc.
