This Position is for a Training Coordinator with a work location in Hattiesburg, MS.

Training Delivery: Provide quality training to manufacturing associates for safe and productive performance.

Training Scheduling: Coordinate and communicate training schedules across all shifts and departments.

Record Maintenance: Maintain the training record database.

Needs Assessment: Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs for associates and work areas.

Training Development: Develop training and training materials needed based on needs.

Trainer Development: Identify and develop designated trainers for various shifts and modules.

The Training Coordinator will ensure that both new and current associates receive quality training to perform their duties effectively and prepare for future growth. The role focuses on efficient, effective, and standardized training processes.

Specific Responsibilities:

Training Delivery: Provide quality training to manufacturing associates for safe and productive performance.

Training Scheduling: Coordinate and communicate training schedules across all shifts and departments.

Record Maintenance: Maintain the training record database.

Needs Assessment: Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs for associates and work areas.

Training Development: Develop training and training materials needed based on needs.

Trainer Development: Identify and develop designated trainers for various shifts and modules.

Frequent contact with Production, Quality, Design, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.

Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Minimum of 3 years of experience in training/development in a manufacturing operations environment

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint

Ability to schedule and coordinate training across departments using MS Outlook and Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must be a self-starter and work under minimal supervision

Preferences:

2-year associate degree

Experience in developing training curriculum

Knowledge of Kohler/Rehlko Engines and Generators products and processes

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The Hourly range for this position is $18.90-$23.65.The specific Hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
