PROPERTY MANAGER MUST RESIDE ON SITE.
This position is responsible for the oversight of property management operations including maintenance and resident services. This position will also be responsible for meeting occupancy, rent collection, maintenance and financial goals of the assigned property.

- Must have HUD rules and regulation knowledge.
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE.

- College preferred but work experience is equivalent.
