Summary
The Receivables Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining all loan receivable records. This role involves processing receivable maintenance requested by the branches, monitoring the Receivables Exception report to ensure the accuracy of receivables and proper generation of statements for partially paid receivables and receivable and/or payment schedule maintenance to process converted prepaids. The Coordinator will maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all receivable maintenance activities, ensure all receivable maintenance complies with company policies and will work closely with branch personnel to address and resolve any receivable issues.
Responsibilities/Duties
Monitor Receivables Exception Report and process any necessary maintenance to ensure receivables are accurate and billing statements are properly generated.
Process receivable maintenance requested and provide support to branch pers onnel regarding receivable issues.
Process converted prepaids and quality checking all work to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Request paid notes for the Association.
Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience/Knowledge
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in accounting or business. Receivable maintenance experience preferred or training/experience in banking, finance, or legal industries.
Generally, five to ten or more years of experience preferred.

Overall knowledge and willingness to continually study First South, AgFirst, and FCA policy and procedure manuals, and overall understanding of legal terms to ensure proper collateral positions are achieved.
Ability to be assertive and decisive in arriving at sound business decisions which serves the best interest of the association and borrower.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance is required.
