Manager (Tech Lead), Data and Integration

KPMG is currentlyseeking a Manager, Data and Integration to join our Digital Nexus technologyorganization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation,  maintenance, and troubleshooting of various integration platforms and  ensure that solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance;  collaborate with various teams to address integration issues and enhance  the functionality of applications
Optimize the performance,  quality, and cost of the delivery function by defining and implementing  proper resourcing, offshoring scope, and utilization; manage relationships  with third-party outsourced/captive provider teams, ensuring they operate  within set technical guidelines and standard operating procedures
Create and articulate the  vision and business value of building, supporting, and developing the Data  and Integration platforms
Collaborate effectively with  DevOps, Enterprise Security, Journey partners, and Senior Executives to  align iPaaS objectives with organizational strategic goals
Build and lead an effective  team dedicated to fulfilling the operational responsibilities of  developing, designing, implementing, and supporting the technology vision,  strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise Integrations

Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent  experience in Enterprise Integrations/iPaaS API-led strategies and  management with expertise in integration security best practices and  architectural solutions for both on-premises and cloud platforms
Bachelor's degree from an  accredited college or university is preferred
Proven track record of  successful strategic integrations with disparate systems such as  Salesforce, Icertis, Azure Data Lake, Global Risk Information Platform  (GRIP), Next Generation Client Lifecycle Engagement and Assessment System  (NGCLEAS), Sentinel, Tax One Platform, Appian, and KPMG Clara Workflow  (KCw)
Experience with various  integration patterns and thought leadership in agile environments;  displayed excellent communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated experience in  contract development, negotiations, transition, and implementation, with a  solid track record in the run state
Advanced knowledge of the  broader scope that frames the essential technical area of work, with the  ability to use this knowledge to create incremental value and technical  strategy
