Treasury Service Client Support Rep 2 (R014791)

This is a Treasury Service Client Support Representative position with a company located in New Orleans, Louisiana.


Summary: Provides support to commercial customers and internal employees who utilize Treasury Management Services; Services and supports to enhance the strategic direction of the commercial line of business and contributes to the overall success of customer satisfaction and retention.


Duties and Responsibilities Include: Provides phone and email support for all Treasury Management products and services; Supports both the commercial customer base and internal employees; Provides customer training for all Cash Management products & services for the commercial customer base; Generates reports as needed by management; Quality assurance for all Sales/Service Requests; Scan and verify all documents into imaging system; Initiate action requests for implementation of Treasury products and services; RDC customers; Inform supervisor of additional training/procedural opportunities; Notifies supervisor of any fraud, escalated customer and technical issues; Maintains positive and professional attitude; Completes sophisticated setups with little assistance; Assists in preparing support documentation for policy and procedures; Provides training to Treasury Services Client Support Rep 1s on new policies and procedures.


Requirements and Qualifications Include: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Minimum of 5 years banking experience; Minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience; 3 years of Treasury Products & Services experience.
