JOB TITLE: FULL TIME RN CHARGE NURSE
DAY SHIFT: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Initiating treatment plans, checking medication routine, and taking vital signs. Giving injections, applying bandages and dressings. Drawing blood, assessment of residents’ needs, creating and implementing care plans.  Leading a team of LPN's and CNA's to ensure the highest possible standards of care. Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records. Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation, aaintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports. Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions, prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments. Recording patient vital signs and medical information, and ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests. Providing personal care, assisting with activities of daily living, and providing routine nursing care. Providing support services to the nursing home staff. Responsible for providing care to residents who need assistance with activities of daily living.
