This is a job for a Table Games Supervisor - Part Time position with the company located in Biloxi, MS.

Description: Protects the integrity of the table games. Provides direction, guidance and supervision of all dealers.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Knows and abides by Hard Rocks policies, procedures, internal controls and courtesy guidelines. Performs all duties in accordance with state gaming regulations. Maintains & updates knowledge of regulations set forth by the Mississippi Gaming Commission and the Mississippi State Tax Commission regarding table game operations. Completes table fills, credits and markers and comps.
Verifies and approves guest transactions while having a thorough knowledge of title 31. Safeguards the company's assets assigned.
Ensures all scheduled tables are manned and ready at the beginning of the shift. Assists in coaching, evaluating, counseling and rewarding Hard Rockers while maintaining efficient personnel records.
Supervises games ensuring dealers are following Hard Rock policy and procedures. Promotes safety awareness to minimize work related injuries. Enrolls new guests in the Encore players club. Maintains complete knowledge of comp. procedures as well as the ability to evaluate guests, ensuring that qualified quests are taken care of through the complementary process. Resolves guest & Hard Rocker issues/disputes. Adheres to department and property policies and procedures. Maintains knowledge of property information & memorabilia.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required: High school diploma or GED and two years of prior table games experience. Must project a professional and positive image. High energy level. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self and others. Good judgment and common sense. Ability to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of software applications including Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written). Must be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with all Hard Rockers and guests. Ability to understand and promulgate written memos, instructions, regulations. Ability to effectively analyze and solve problems. Basic knowledge of mathematics, including statistics.

Training: All employees are required to complete mandatory compliance training within thirty (30) days of hire date, then annually thereafter. Training marked with an asterisk below must be completed prior to reporting to their respective work area. The below courses are required for this position: Active Shooter Awareness Training.  Counterfeit Currency Prevention. Cybersecurity Awareness for the Workplace. General Employee Safety Training.
